Where are you located?

Hickory Hill is located in the heart of Sevier County in Sevierville, TN. We are nestled in a prime location close to Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, Wears Valley and located just a short drive from Knoxville. Close enough to town, far enough away!

Are these homes available for monthly rent?

No. Residences at Hickory Hill are not available for monthly rental and are available for purchase only. Owners may choose to utilize their residence for short-term rental use.

How many townhomes are there?

Phase 1 of Hickory Hill featured 14 townhomes. Phase 2 will feature 36 townhomes. Building C and Building E are available for purchase now in Phase 2.
