Where are you located?
Hickory Hill is located in the heart of Sevier County in Sevierville, TN. We are nestled in a prime location close to Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, Wears Valley and located just a short drive from Knoxville. Close enough to town, far enough away!
Are these homes available for monthly rent?
Hickory Hill is a residential community. Townhomes at Hickory Hill are available for purchase only. Contact a member on our sales team to inquire about purchasing one of our townhomes.
How many townhomes are there?
Phase 1 of Hickory Hill featured 14 townhomes. Phase 2 will feature 36 townhomes. Building C and Building E are available for purchase now in Phase 2.
Are your townhomes approved for overnight rentals such as Airbnb?
Yes, our townhomes have been approved for overnight rental use. Although approved, we have no affiliation or coordination with any overnight rental companies or management thereof. Contact our sales team to learn more about this topic.
